Credit Card Orders
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. No credit card orders outside the United States. We ship credit card orders only when the U.S.A. shipping address matches a U.S.A. billing address on file with the credit card company. Orders outside the United States with a money order only in U.S.A. funds.

Military and civilian overseas orders
We accept APO and FPO address orders with a money order only in U.S.A. funds.

Postal Orders
If you do not wish to order online or your browser does not support encrypted order forms you can order by phone, fax or mail. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Money Orders or Bank Cashiers Checks made payable to Dr. BROSS PRODUCTS. We will accept personal checks but this could add up to 2 weeks for additional check clearance.
When ordering by mail or fax you will find a printable order form page on this website during checkout which you may fill out to fax or mail your order to us.

Shipping
All orders are processed within 48 hours. Please allow sufficient delivery time wit h the Postal Service or United Parcel to receive your order. Occasionally there can be delays in receiving your orders due to delivery delays. We have been shipping orders for over 25 years and guarantee we will give you the best service. 
Orders delivered to post office boxes are shipped with the Postal Service priority mail. United Parcel Service will not deliver to a U.S. Postal System post office box.
Orders are discreetly shipped with United Parcel Service or the Postal Service in plain packages. There is nothing written on the package as to its contents.
